Express your love on your kids

We want to teach many things to kids, but they may not listen to you all the time. Don't force them to do, show them how to do. You do it first, then they will follow you. Become a role model to your kids.

Spending time with kids and getting along with them

• Some kids don't likely and don't follow your words when you ask them to do exercise, read or eat nutrient food. In such case YOU JUST DO IT, slowly they will start follow you
• Experts say that show your love on your kids to them, it can be in words or actions. They will understand how much you love them
• Ofcourse we are busy all the time, but please spare some time to kids. Talk to them regularly. So you will get to know them well, we can also understand any problems if they have.
• Kids should not be confined to studies or their hobbies. Go and play with them, spend time with them. Kids are stress busters.
• If possible try to gather for lunch or dinner as a whole family. Go on a vacation.
